Quality and Service Levels

Business, we believe, is about leadership and hands-on involvement. Our directors are actively involved on a daily basis in the running of the company. In addition to our formal, scheduled maintenance activities, our ‘quality control’ programme provides for both scheduled and ‘surprise’ visits by these directors to the operations to ensure that things are working as they should. In addition to the emergency contact staff allocated to each of our maintenance contracts, the directors are available at all times to deal with any queries that may arise.
